Can I cancel or return my tickets?

As stated in our Terms of Use in §13, tickets are excluded from returns.

ticket.io offers tickets for leisure activities within a specific date or time period. According to § 312g paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), this offer does not constitute distance selling contracts. The withdrawal from a contract or the return of tickets according to § 312g paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 9 BGB is excluded.

If the event is canceled or postponed, we will inform all ticket buyers promptly via email. This email contains all necessary information.
