You have ordered admission tickets for Hive Festival 2027 and now need to change the name on one or more tickets?
You can now change the name on your ticket online via my.ticket.io. Please note that only the original purchaser can initiate the name change.
⚠️ The most important information at a glance
- Changing the name is subject to a fee; see the Hive Festival's terms and conditions.
- Where is the new ticket? We will not send the updated ticket by email. The ticket will be reprinted after payment and sent by post to the original purchaser.
- Invoice & email: The confirmation, tickets and invoice will always be sent to the original purchaser. The new ticket holder will not receive a separate email.
🚀 Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Log in & select the ticket
Log in to my.ticket.io using the email address you used to place the order. This is the ticket.io Self-Service Portal. If you have never actively registered, you must do so in advance. Open your order overview. Find your Hive order and click the “CHANGE NAME” button for the relevant ticket (see Ticket ID).
Step 2: Enter the new details
Enter the details of the person who is to receive the ticket:
- First name & last name
- Email address
- Date of birth
Read the terms of use, then tick the checkbox and click “CONTINUE”.
Step 3: Check the details
(Note: If you accidentally entered the same details as before, the system will warn you. Check your entry carefully—the fee will also apply if you confirm the details again.)
Step 4: Pay & complete
Check all the details and the fee (€50 plus fees) once again in the summary. Click “CONFIRM WITH COSTS” and complete the payment with the payment provider.
Done! Once the payment has gone through, the name will be updated. You will receive confirmation by email.
The ticket will now be reprinted. As soon as it has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive another email from us.
