In our self-service portal, you can download your tickets at any time. Whether you purchased the tickets as Print@Home or as a shipping ticket.
Simply register with the email address you used to book your tickets at https://my.ticket.io/
Please note that purchasing a ticket is not a registration. Once you have registered, you can log in and use all the features of the self-service portal.
Log in to our self-service portal to download your tickets and click on the button “To order overview”.
Afterwards, you can download your tickets by clicking on the button “Download tickets”.
If you have lost your tickets or are not sure if someone else has found them, simply send us an email at support@ticket.io or contact us by phone at +49 221 300 843 – 11
We will then invalidate your old tickets and send you new tickets with new barcodes.
