As soon as your tickets have been shipped, you will receive an email from us. Since we send the tickets by mail, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with tracking information.
Shipping to a German address usually takes between 3 and 5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 10 business days. If the tickets have not arrived after 2 weeks, please feel free to contact us so that we can resend your tickets.
In our self-service portal, you can download your tickets at any time.
To do this, register with the email address you used when purchasing your tickets.
Once you have registered, you can log in and use all the features of the self-service portal.
